Emma is an award winning mixed media Artist based in South London. With a degree in Fine Art, Printmaking and Book Arts and a long career as a Picture Framer, she has always been a creative soul. Art can enable a person to find themselves and lose themselves at the same time. Bringing her subconscious mind into play with her conscious mind, a way of healing, creating and celebrating colour, texture and emotions to produce mixed media paintings and monoprints.

Working with a wide range of materials allowing them to work together and against each other, creating unpredictable but controlled pieces. She works both in her Studio and in the garden, within mother nature. Often working flat allowing her to work from all directions and, often building layers over time. The most exciting part is watching the works develop. Photographing the stages to capture as independent images that are lost as the works develop.

She had recently put her had to customising jewellery, using her skills to hand finish a range of jewellery, like her seaport, every piece is unique.
